Who we are
FitRoom Experience (Παπακωνσταντίνου 7, Σέρρες 621 21) is the controller of your personal data. For anything concerning your data, contact info@fitroomgymexp.gr.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone, date of birth, address and — optionally — how you heard about us.
- Usage data: bookings, attendance, memberships and payments.
- Health data: only if you choose to give it, and only with your explicit consent.
Health data
Health data is a "special category" under GDPR Article 9 and is protected more strictly. We collect it only with separate, explicit consent, store it encrypted, make it visible only to gym management and coaching staff, and delete it when you delete your account. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Your check-in PIN
On registration you receive a unique four-digit PIN, used only on the gym's tablet to mark your arrival. The PIN gives no access to your account, contact details or payments. It is stored in encrypted form and does not change.
Why we process your data
To perform our contract with you (bookings, memberships), to meet tax obligations, and — where required — on the basis of your consent (health data, marketing email).
Operational email (booking confirmations, membership expiry) is necessary to provide the service. Promotional email about offers is sent only with separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time from your account.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active. After deletion your identifying details are anonymised, while accounting records are retained as the law requires.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. You can download your data or request erasure from your account, or by writing to info@fitroomgymexp.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
